After years of hard-fought litigation in the matter of S&G Lenox, LLC v. JRS Realty Enterprises LLC et al., Index No. 523126/2018 (Supreme Court, Kings County), Richter Restrepo PLLC successfully secured both a judgment on liability and a money judgment in excess of $3.5 million on behalf of our client.

This dispute stemmed from unlawful underpinning work conducted by a neighboring developer, which destabilized our client’s property and triggered a DOB-issued vacate order displacing an entire line of apartments. Although the developer initially agreed to a compensation and remedial plan, it defaulted—delaying resolution and ultimately going into foreclosure.
